FAQ

How Much do I Order? 

Generally 2-4 items per person. This however is dependent on the type of event/occasion  you are having and the amount of food you are wanting to feed your guests.

e.g. Event of 10 Pax, should have at least 20-40 items in total.

What are our Popular Choices?

What do you provide? 

Disposable Eco Friendly Utensils are provided for our boxed lunches and certain desserts, eg Pastas, Salads & Dessert Cups .  If you require additional eco friendly utensils/plates - there is an additional fee ($2) per person. Complimentary Sauces and Relish are included with certain food choices.

When must I give final numbers?

No later than 5 working days prior to your event.

Couldn't I get this cheaper anywhere else?

Yes, you can but all our food is unique to The Little Village and made to order. Which means we don't keep ready made food to serve. All our Sauces, Marinades, Spice Rubs, Salad Dressings, Sausage Rolls, Savoury Fillings, and so much  more are made in house which you wont be able to get anywhere else.

Do we Deliver? 

Yes we offer delivery, this will be dependent of your location in Auckland and Surroundings.

What payment methods do you offer?

We have online bank transfer or credit card payment via our online invoice, which will be sent to you prior to your order date. Please follow instructions on invoice  for payment.

Refunds/ Cancellations?

I understand that plans change unexpectedly. Should you need to cancel your order, I kindly ask that you provide a 10 day notice prior to your event to accommodate any necessary adjustments. There after your deposit will be retained.

Reheat Info: 

All savoury/ pastry items can be reheated in a preheated oven (180 degrees Celsius) for 5-8 mins. 

Please consume within 4 hours of opening as per the Food Safety Guidelines.

Please note food is delivered at room temp or cold.
